Evrmore + Co is partnered with USPS to ship our products widely throughout the United States.

All of our orders will be processed between 2-3 business days from initial purchase.

Upon the completion, you will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped with relevant information on how to track your parcel.

Refunds + Exchanges

All orders are carefully and safely packed before leaving our workshop to prevent potential damage in their transit. All orders are handmade and checked thoroughly for any damages before delivery. Therefore, Evrmore + Co does not take any responsibility for damages, lost or stolen parcels occurred during shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with your order or there’s something wrong with your order, send us an email to evrmoreco@gmail.com, and we will respond to you within 2-4 business days. We are happy to help and ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds. We can accept exchanges on new, unlit candles in certain circumstances.

To start an exchange, please contact us at evrmoreco@gmail.com, with your order number, details of damage/defect and photos within 6 business days of receiving product. We will then offer you instructions and postal details to facilitate your return. In the case we offer an exchange, we do request the shipping cost to be payed at the customer’s expense.

Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds for “change of mind’ or 'unhappy with the fragrance'.

All items exchanged need to be at the same value and scent as the previous purchase.

We do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Due to our growing nature, we cannot currently cover exchange shipping costs.
